F.A.S.T. F.A.S.T. is a harmonized commercial program between Canada Border Services Agency (C.B.S.A.), Citizenship and Immigration Canada (C.I.C.), and Customs and Border Protection (C.B.P.). This program is to allow pre-approved low risk importers, carriers, and drivers, to be cleared into either country with greater speed and certainty, and at a reduced cost of compliance.
